"8th International Student Conference of the Balkan Physical Union" (ISCBPU-8) will be held between 3-5 September, 2010 in Constanta, Romania. It will be jointly organized at OVIDIUS University of Constanta by the Balkan Physical Union, Romanian Physical Society and supported by Constanta County Council, Academy of Romanian Scientists, Romanian Academy, Romanian Physical Society, Ovidius University of Constanta, University of Bucharest, Babes - Bolyai University of Cluj - Napoca, Al. Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, West University of Timisoara, University of Craiova, Constanta Maritime University, Transilvania University of Brasov, Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, University of Oradea and Dunarea de Jos University of Galati The BPU-8 Student Conference belongs to a series of general physics student conferences organized under the auspices of the Balkan Physical Union (BPU). The previous conferences were organized in Izmir / Turkey (1994), Bansko / Bulgaria (1996), Cluj-Napoca / Romania (1997) and four times Bodrum / Turkey (2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009). |
