We are pleased to inform you that this year “Ovidius” University of Constantza celebrates its 20th anniversary, while 2011 will mark 50 years of Higher Education in Constantza.

In this context, the Faculty of Civil Engineering is organizing the International Conference “Water Across Time in Engineering

Research” - WATER 2010, which will be held from June 16 to 19, 2010 in Constantza, Romania.

This conference will bring together academics, researchers, and practitioners from many countries and from a wide range of fields related to water resources (scientific, technical and management). It will also encourage the discussion of the most advanced methods of monitoring, hazard prediction and risk assessment.

Our scientific committee is formed of professionals who are mainly research center heads, faculty deans, department heads, professors and research scientists.

All papers will be peer-reviewed. The accepted papers will be published as conference proceedings (ISSN 1584-5990 B CNCSIS category) .

Official language of the conference is English.
